"I didn’t get then city view I paid for. Instead told there’s only one room and it’s facing a dark alleyway so had to use lights during day time. The bed smelled awful and had to get the pillows and comforter changed. This place always has cleanliness issues. "

I had requested hotels.com to contact them to arrange the free airport transfer but hotels.com was not able to contact them.     "It is a terrible Hotel. when I got the deal it was including breakfast and Airport shuttle service but I didn't get both. they deny me both. They are scam. The room they gave me bathroom is very bad. Mold in the shower and the toilet is moving and backup smell bad gives me headache. I don't recommend it to anyone."
