"This hotel is so comfortable to stay in when you are in downtown Jerusalem. It is opposite the central bus station & light rail. You can travel quickly to the Old City or to Mt Herzl The front desk staff are so helpful. I loved that Maria looked after me so well during the week I stayed there …..nothing was too much trouble for Maria to help me with …the breakfast manager & team are so helpful too …food is good "

"The hotel is directly across the street from the Great Synagogue in Jerusalem. Super convenient for the holidays. They offer meals for all of the holiday days.Shabbat elevators. Kosher. Services in the hotel itself if you don’t want to go across the street. They provided the Yahrzeit candle that I let for my parents."

"During my first night of a three-night stay, Israel began attacking Iran. I stayed in a Basic Apartment, 1 Bedroom, on the ground floor. Access to it and two other ground-floor apartments is via a separate entrance from Agrippas Street around the corner. Importantly for this trip, the closest protected space turned out to be a parking garage next door. Also, because of the separate entrance, it took a little time to go around and get up to the rooftop terrace. It was worth it, though! Great location, great apartment, and great customer service."
