The hotel location is PERFECT!!! Close to the metro, nice restaurants and shopping areas. Amazing, Friendly staff. Free mini bar was a huge plus. Room service top notch. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The location is perfectly located across the street from Lake Lugano and within a short walk of downtown. They have an amazing Spa and a Michelin Star restaurant. The staff is always so friendly and makes us feel at home. This is my go to spot in Lugano.
