Kavija is conveniently situated at the back of Invergordon town centre, making it an ideal choice for guests travelling by public transport. A bus stop is located on the high street about 15 minutes away, and the train station is just down the hill. The property is in a well-lit area, with surrounding streetlights providing additional security and peace of mind at night.

The dining table is also situated in the lounge, allowing you to enjoy meals with a view of the Firth. The kitchen, although compact, is fully equipped with everything you need, including tea, coffee, and sugar, and a coffee machine with accompanying pods. From here, you’ll also have a lovely view of the spacious rear garden.

The house also features a small bathroom with a shower, and a ground-floor bedroom, ideal for guests who prefer to stay downstairs or may have mobility needs.

Outside, the enclosed garden offers a summer house equipped with a tumble dryer for guest use and garden furniture, perfect for soaking up the sun on warmer days.

Our stay was great and beautiful morning views of the water outside your window. Our host was great and cannot thank them enough for our wonderful stay. It’s the perfect location outside of Inverness to make your way further north in the Highlands.

Good position

Comfortable clean & had everything. Would wish for. Apart from the hot tap in the bathroom which we have already reported to you as we couldn't turn it off properly. Also the mattress on the bed was most uncomfortable with springs. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Lovely position and easy walking into town

Beatifull place round inverness

Very satisfied with the stay. Nice hous, clean, but regardless of anything else, the view is stunning. On the right side, a beatiful view over the lake and the mountains; on the left, an oil rig. You don’t notice it - it’s actually an awesome sight.
