Welcome to your dream holiday retreat nestled by the surf in the picturesque Inverloch. This newly built property offers the perfect combination of modern amenities and coastal charm, ensuring a memorable stay for families and friends alike.

The open-plan living area is the heart of the home, boasting a large kitchen island fully equipped with modern appliances, including a coffee machine and dishwasher. The butler’s pantry provides additional space for meal preparation and storage. In the dining area, you can gather around the table with loved ones, surrounded by coastal-inspired furniture. The living room offers a beautifully furnished lounge area, complete with comfortable couches, wood fire and a smart TV for entertainment.

This home includes heating and cooling for all seasons of the year. We also provide full linen and Wifi to ensure you will have everything you need. A short stroll to the Inverloch Surf Beach and located in a quiet part of town, nestled among the trees.

The main house features a master bedroom where you can experience ultimate comfort with a luxurious Queen bed. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet for added convenience and privacy. In addition to the master suite, there are two more bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, serviced by a well-appointed main bathroom. This spacious bathroom offers the option of a relaxing bath or shower and includes a separate toilet for added convenience.

A second lounge provides a great kid-friendly space, equipped with a TV, DVD’S and games to keep them entertained.
For those seeking extra privacy, the property includes a self-contained bedroom with a comfortable Queen bed. This room features a private bathroom with a shower and toilet.
