Hi,I'm sorry you feel you had a bad experience with our customer service. Just to clarify, we were not made aware of your decision of not to arriving that evening until an hour after reception closing time of 7.30pm.Having paid for that night, as per our policy for late cancellations of which is on your confirmation email and welcoming email you had the choice to arrive early morning and take advantage of a full day.Yes we do offer an early checkin or late departure of up to 12 noon for a 30 fee.Again we are sorry you felt inconvenienced, I do hope you took full advantage of our indoor pool and spa area as well as our smart tv's and the convenience of being in walking distance to the shops cafes and beach.Kind Regards,Motel on A'Beckett Team.

Dear Guest, I am not surprised by the score you have left in your review, and initially I was not going to reply but felt compelled to.On the rare occasion in this industry, we are confronted with a "Difficult" guest. Upon your arrival you started complaining about everything in our highly decorated motel. The beds is too hard, my chair is to uncomfortable, I want to be moved to another room (unavailable due to no vacancies), Demanding the chair in our reception area was more comfortable and you wanted it to be moved into your room. When your unreasonable request was denied, you were then verbally rude to my reception staff. This was followed up with your constant demand of wanting to be financially compensated for our substandard motel was the final straw. The true reason behind all your complaints. Upon leaving our motel we found you had moved your room furniture around to your liking, very untidy, and the tall reading lamp in the room was left broken. You are not welcomed back at our motel, and other motels or accommodation facilities should be wary of this "unwanted" guest.RD
