The home features a spacious living area and four bedrooms, ideal for couples, families, or groups. Recently built to a high standard, it includes ducted heating and cooling throughout, fully tiled bathrooms with walk-in showers and a separate bath, and a well-equipped kitchen with butler’s pantry and wine fridge.
Coffee lovers are covered with three options: a Breville Barista espresso machine, pod machine, and French press (plus milk frother). There’s also an air fryer and full laundry facilities for added convenience.
Step outside to a private decked area with dining, sun awning, feature lighting, and a 5-burner BBQ—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The garage also includes a full-size table tennis setup for extra fun.
