"I was pleasantly surprised during our last visit to the Hotel. We used it as a halfway stop on the way back from Kimberly. The front-of-house was very friendly, good vibe in the restaurant/pub and the food was very good. One does have to realise it is a "vintage" hotel and if you would be so inclined, one could find fault everywhere. But I will definitely return again. The bedding was excellent and the bed massive! "We had a wonderful and relaxing stay, and can’t wait to return to enjoy another few days of game drives and the beautiful surroundings. A big thank you to all the staff at Mount Camdeboo Private Game Reserve; everyone was so friendly, and professional, and our guide was a wealth of knowledge and expertise and made each drive memorable. Our accomodation was beautiful too, and the location was just as we hoped, and a stop in Graaf Reinet (before or after the reserve) is a must for anyone who has time. "
