"Spectacular setting with very friendly staff. This hotel has bags of character and is good value for money. Perfect location for the popular tourist spots means you can slip out at quieter times to enjoy those and relax and take in the scenery in the hotel or explore further afield in the mean time. The rooms and pool are quite small and the level of luxury may not match some of the more expensive choices, but for a few days stay, it is perfect.
The cobbles in the village and pathways down to the bay are polished. Lots of people struggle along in flip flops and flat sandals. Better to wear smart trainers, although the dress ‘code’ is glamorous."
"Pros - staff were great, so friendly & helpful, pool is amazing - we had a pool in our room which was great and perfect temp. Room size is really generous & spacious for the Eurphoria suite. Gym is one of the best hotel gyms . Spa is beautiful & really enjoyable experience, the messages are great. Water all round hotel, fruit at breakfast, toiletries quality of body wash/ shampoo etc was excellent. coffee machine in room with a big fridge, Towels were always stocked. They have an app which is great and staff super responsive on WhatsApp, pool food was good too!
Cons - a few areas where the hotel let itself down and to be a true 5 star I think it needs to be better at certain areas, firstly, there should be speakers in the room, although room was big it was lacking , the hotel did also not replace the vanity kits which was very frustrating, I believe there should be a free shuttle into Fira, instead taxis are really expensive and the hotel use a 3rd party company that charge more than local taxis. The coffee at breakfast was terrible, there was only a limited choice of different eggs. For a 5 star hotel it should not be machine coffee and should cater for omelettes, fried , poached etc. there was constant rubbish left around the bins not collected which is not pleasant. Parts of the hotel were “closed for renovation” - restaurant/ vitamin bar/gift shop. This felt like a cover up for not opening due to quieter times which is quite misleading & we observed no construction"
"My daughter's and I loved our stay at Vogue Suites during our recent trip to Santorini. Our traditional cycladic cave suite gave us that old world feel with all the modern conveniences. Our suite was spacious & clean, beds were comfortable, location was convenient to shops & restaurants.
Be prepared for lots of steps! Thankfully, 2 porters were there when we arrived to carry all our luggage. These young men were so helpful & friendly. They led us to reception and then to our room.
At reception, Diana greeted us & made sure we had everything we needed. She arranged all the details for a boat excursion for us & was available to answer any questions.
The views from our private patio were spectacular & the famous blue domes are just minutes away.
I hope to return to Vogue Suites again some day & highly recommend it to anyone lucky enough to be planning a trip to Santorini."
"From the first interaction to the last bag going out the door, the staff of this property was amazing! Every single person there was friendly, helpful, and showed real pride and dedication to their jobs, the guests, and the hotel brand itself. I have never been so thoroughly impressed... the cleaning staff seems to be perpetually keeping the property immaculate, the lifeguard is vigilant and can pull like ten people out the water at once if needed, Rita's pool bar concoctions (try the Dark Apple) will hit every test bud, Crystal's quick wit and operatic singing voice between bringing the next recommendation off the menu and climbing flights of stairs to close your bill keeps you entertained, and Lena at the front desk navigating several guests requests to get everyone out the door on time and happy. **Big note...just coordinate ALL your reservations, rentals, excursions, etc through the hotel. They have the best and most reliable island contacts and go above and beyond to make sure everything is right** Thank you for being an amazing and unexpected addition to the enjoyment of my trip! Came here to attend a wedding, will come back to experience this place again!"
"Exceptional villa for 2 couples - pool, jacuzzi, and even a gym/sauna which we didn’t use😁
The pool was awesome and the sunset views from there were stunning. 6-min walk to Oia shops and restaurants via a mostly lit path that’s away from the main streets. Oia is a fabulous place to stay with vibe, shopping and great food."
"Sunset views are amazing! Room was great very clean. Pool was beautiful. Wish our personal hot tub had been warmer. We cannot thank the staff enough for their hospitality. They brought us delicious breakfasts every morning. They even went out of their way to provide us a breakfast box when we had an early departure. They also had someone come to help us with our bags, which was above and beyond. Excellent customer service."
