Excellent communication with Nikos and Kostas. They paid attention to every little detail from making sure I got to the house safely, advising me how to spend my time in Santorini- where to go, eat etc to how I would get back to the airport. The property itself is a little gem- beautiful surroundings. 20 min walk to Oia. 10/10

Amazing Villa!!!

Beautiful villa stay close to Oia (short walking distance). Easy communication with property manager, Nikos was truly helpful and provided a lot information of different things to do while visiting the island of Santorini. The villa was beautiful and clean, exactly like the photos. Truly amazing place to stay. Will definitely stay there again without question.

Santorini trip

Beautiful home in a village, about 20 minute walk to Oia. Nikos the owner was very welcoming & helpful. Infinite supply of bottled water was provided, as well as breakfast (cereal, milk, orange juice, bread & jams, dried fruit, honey). Taxi transfer arranged by Nikos is reasonable - I would recommend this service if you decide to stay in this house. I would definitely stay here again if I ever went back to Santorini.

Nikos was an amazing host. He provided appropriate and useful information, not to mention great restaurant tips. Breakfast was adequate and the accommodation was clean and neat. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this venue.

Wonderful and authentic.

My wife and I stayed at Azalea Houses for 6 nights in October 2017 as part of our honeymoon. The apartments are located in the traditional village of Finikia, which has a wonderful authentic feel about it. Yet you are still within walking distance of Oia, where you can easily spend a day in its shops and restaurants, and is famous for its sunsets. The apartments themselves are beautifully done up in the traditional Santorini style, they are well looked after and immaculately clean. We enjoyed walking around Finikia/Oia or taking the bus on trips to other parts of Santorini. At night, we would come back and relax on the balcony, enjoy the evening sky and look over the Aegean... so nice. There really isn't anything negative to say about our stay or the apartments and I can recommend it highly to anyone who isn't looking for the standard all-inclusive hotel treatment. Special mention to our host Nikos, who welcomed us on arrival and was extremely helpful throughout our stay.

Excellent Stay

This Hotel is at Finika Village, about half a mile from Oia. Easily commutable by bus. Nikos is very attentive to the details. Its a beautiful winery converted to a hotel. Highly recommend the place.

Home Away from Home in Santorini

Azalea House was perfect for us! Nikos was very helpful from the moment we arrived, and was available if needed throughout our stay. The kitchenette was perfect for coffee and a light breakfast prior to exploring the island. While the house is set just outside of the center of Oia, it was a quick walk and allowed for peaceful relaxing when we wanted it. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were large and had all we needed. Thanks for helping to make our stay in Santorini wonderful!

Fantastic honeymoon

This place is amazing. If might. Or have the cliff views of the caldera but it makes up for it in service. Nikkos is the owner and he is hands down fantastic. The place is cleaner then any 5 star spa in the US. He ensured we knew how to get around, where to eat, and what to see/do. The house itself is prestigious. Very well kept and lots of updates. Only thing that could be worked on is the wifi had problems sometimes. But hey so does mine at home so I don't fault him for it. We stayed in 4 different places on the island while we were there and this got the best score! Great job

Amazing accommodation

From the initial welcome to our departure it was a brilliant experience. The proprietor and everybody else were very welcoming. The accommodation was amazing, stylish, historic and artistic. It was very comfortable and the breakfast supplies were very good. The raki was much appreciated and enjoyed. The proprietor spent a considerable time with us describing the accommodation (it used to be a winery) and in outlining various things we could consider doing during our stay. We would strongly recommend it if you are visiting Santorini. It is in easy walking distance of Oia village also, while at the same time avoiding the large crowds there.

My daughters and I loved our short visit of 2 days at Azalea houses. Everything about Azalea houses and Nikos are absolutely wonderful! Wish we could've extended. It's just a short walk to Oia, shops, bus stop and restaurants. The local villagers were also friendly. We really enjoyed being surrounded by locals. Nikos is extremely helpful and accommodating - gives you tons of insight on where to go, see and do. Thank you Nikos - you've outdone yourself on this renovation & you are a fabulous host! Po prostu warto!

Apartamenty obszerne, wyremontowane, czyste, nowocześnie wyposażone we wszystkie potrzebne i mniej potrzebne rzeczy. Własne patio i rozległy teren przy patio do własnego użytku. Wymiana ręczników i sprzątanie każdego dnia. Produkty kosmetyczne w cenie, dokładane na bieżąco. Produkty do samodzielnego przygotowania śniadań - bez rewelacji, ale wystarczająco żeby zaspokoić głód. Właściciel obiektu, Nikos, bardzo kontaktowy i pomocny, prawie codzinnie wpadał z pytaniem czy wszystko w porządku - zawsze dostępny pod telefonem. Na życzenie dostępny transfer z/na lotnisko. Skorzystaliśmy - szybko, sprawnie, na czas. Duży bus tylko dla nas. Cena czy za 1 osobę czy za 3, ta sama. Apartament leży w odległości spaceru od miejscowości Oia - żaden problem przejść tam i z powrotem. Na wyciągnięcie ręki 3 restauracje: Krinaki, Meze-Meze i Lefkas. Druga z wymienionych była naszym faworytem. Krinaki na 2 miejscu. Bardzo dobre połączenia busem do stolicy wyspy - Firy i w razie potrzeby dalej do np. do Perissy czy Akrotiri. Przejazdy w klimatyzowanych autobusach, do półgodziny jazdy. Bilety tanie. Ostrożnie z wynajmem auta: drogi są bardzo wąskie, momentami strome i biegnące po urwiskach. Lokalny transport naprawdę wygrywa. Warto pamiętać, że wyjazd na Santorini w lipcu czy sierpniu czy spotkanie z niewyobrażalnym upałem. Połączenie gorąca z warunkami klimatycznymi powoduje, że dni bywają nie do zniesienia.

Clean,quiet,spacious room.A great host! MUST STAY!

The Good: 1) Nikos: The owner was very welcoming and was a great host. He contacted me right after I made the reservation to offer his help with my Santorini trip. Close to our travel date, he arranged transfer from airport to our room. He received us at the parking lot, and he had bellboy help us carry our luggage to our room. After that, Nikos gave us a map and gave an overview of everything we needed as a tourist on the island. He gave us a brief history of the house, and on the last day, he helped us with our transfer to another hotel. Nikos was a huge help! 2) Cleanliness: the room is immaculately clean. We had kichenette and the dishes were cleaned everyday! 3) Locationa: The area is very quiet and Oia is about 10 min walk and we enjoyed the walks all the 3 days we stayed at Finikia. 4) Spacious: The room was very spacious for a family of 3 with a decent sized kichenette, dining area and dining table with 6 chairs, changing room with floor length mirror, a powder room, and a bathroom. The bad:(not so bad!) 1) The toiletries weren't replaced the second day of our 3 night stay! As we got our own, it wasn't a big deal. 2) The shower is a traditional greek shower area which doesn't have a door, so water splashes all over the floor. I almost slipped quite a few times as it got slippery due to the splashed water on the floor. It could have been dangerous. 3) Coming from USA and Spain, We are used to flushing the toilet paper but we couldnt do it at this place.

Character, Comfort, Clean, Chic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Niko, the owner, was INCREDIBLE. He helped my sister and I get around the island. He knows Santorini so well! He wasn't busy one day and drove us around to the must-see spots! Cannot say enough amazing things about him! The room was also gorgeous. It used to be a winery so it has a lot of character but has brand new appliances and lighting. The room was very sanitary and clean and the cleaning service did an amazing job every day.
