"The wall paper in the room, the colour of the door and the hallway carpet was really unique. It was bright and fun. Reception validating your parking ticket made that more affordable. "

"We had a great experience with this hotel chain. We were booked into the 4 Points by Sheraton Brisbane but we received an upgrade to their sister hotel next door, which is called the Westin Hotel. Both hotels looked exceptional. The staff at both hotels were very professional and nice. Both hotels are ideally located midtown Brisbane which gave us access to everything that Brisbane City had to offer. It was a pleasent experience on all accounts and we would definitely stay here again."

"Very happy with our stay, staff members at Reception and Concierge were very friendly and helpful. We requested for early check in with paying abit extra to upgrade room as our flight arrived very early and reception staff was helpful to assist with our request. The bedroom was very spacious with great views of Brisbane city and looks newly renovated. Bedding was excellent, so comfortable and bedsheets so smooth, we had a very good sleep due to good bedding, very happy with the bed. Located right in the heart of the city within walking distance to reataurants n shops opposite Uptown Shopping Mall and Food court. Abit of a walk to Central Station so we took the cab with our heavy luggages and it cost around $12 which is Ok. Beautiful Chic Hotel and great ambience at Lobby n restaurant area. "

"To be honest. I Was expecting a low grade stay and we are so suprised how nice this hotel is , friendly staff great breakfast and good service ! Excellent location! Well done Southern Hotel , We really are very happy with our weekend! 4 rooms for my family and brilliant rugby stay ! Thank you We will stay again "
