"Everything at Castle Manor Inn was great. Close to town. We walked to town on several occasions. The gentleman at the reception desk was very informative and kind. The only thing I would suggest is to have a full length mirror in your room and we noticed that outside people were smoking but threw their butts in the front gardens. An outdoor ashtray would have been great. Was kind of surprised that the smokers didn’t find a better way to get rid of their butts as opposed to grinding them out in the flower beds. I would definitely stay here again."

"Very nicely updated apartment in Ipswich. Beautiful outdoor deck and backyard with a nice swing set & slide for the young children. Also 12 chickens! They were very friendly & their coop was amazingly designed. All the appliances are updated & the furniture very comfortable. My granddaughter loved playing in the Super Mario bedroom. This is a very nice apartment to rent; one of the owners, Ozzy, stopped by during our stay to mow the lawn & talk to us. He took my husband in a ride in his really cool Tesla truck, which was the highlight of his visit, lol! There are several steps to get to the unit, but I did not find it inconvenient; it’s typical of a house of its age. Highly recommend!"

"The property looks just like the photos, though it feels a bit smaller in person. While cozy, our group experienced a few frustrating issues, starting with the fact that the AC units weren’t turned on before our arrival, leaving the upstairs room extremely hot and slow to cool down by bedtime. Additionally, the previous tenants' trash hadn't been emptied, causing the bins to overflow, and the string lights around the fire pit didn't work, making it too dark to enjoy the outdoor space. There was also no grill brush provided, so you'll need to pack your own. To top it off, we requested a late checkout days in advance, but the hosts failed to respond or communicate until after we had already checked out. We made the best of our stay, but we would not book this Vrbo again."

"This was the perfect house for our son’s college graduation celebration. Family and friends enjoyed eating lunch on the two decks, playing cornhole in the driveway, shooting pool in the large family room and walking to the beach. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed."
