"Very nicely updated apartment in Ipswich. Beautiful outdoor deck and backyard with a nice swing set & slide for the young children. Also 12 chickens! They were very friendly & their coop was amazingly designed. All the appliances are updated & the furniture very comfortable. My granddaughter loved playing in the Super Mario bedroom. This is a very nice apartment to rent; one of the owners, Ozzy, stopped by during our stay to mow the lawn & talk to us. He took my husband in a ride in his really cool Tesla truck, which was the highlight of his visit, lol! There are several steps to get to the unit, but I did not find it inconvenient; it’s typical of a house of its age. Highly recommend!"
NEWLY RENOVATED STUDIO CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN IPSWICH

"The apartment is in a convenient location - walkable to town, with so much to do in the surrounding area. It's in an older building (like all in the area) and kept very clean, and stocked with everything you might need. It was tight for 3 people but we were visiting family and didn't need to stick around much. We didn't need to communicate with Wanderson/Ozzy much but they were responsive when I had questions. The space is on a second floor and might not work for anyone who couldn't do stairs or who needs a larger bed (there's a full-size in the bedroom and a small pull-out couch). Overall, we were happy with our stay."
