The location is A+!!! The property is located right across from Front Beach. Access to surrounding towns is quick and convenient! The heart of the restaurants and shops in Rockport is a quick walk from the property, too! The property is newly renovated and beautiful, very clean and has a fresh look. Check-In is virtual and without staff, so co firm your details prior to Checking. There is no elevator and the stairways are a bit narrow, so pack light! Great stay !

A lovely place to stay. Location is within walking distance of popular shops and restaurants. The updated decor is lovely with calming colors in ocean and beach tones. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no elevator, so if your room is on an upper floor, you will need to be able to handle the stairs.

Cove at Rockport Comments The room was very cramped. Most of the room is occupied by the (very nice) king size bed. Nothing can be done I guess, but we were expecting a more spacious room like the public pictures display. Especially at $500/night. The door has plastic venetian blinds, some of which are broken, that do not keep light out at night. The room (202) was freezing cold when we arrived. Another guest had to help us figure out how to operate the controls since there was no hotel personnel to ask and the booklet does not explain it very well. The walls are inadequate to prevent hearing talking (and louder) at night. Some of the residents were not conscious of the 10 PM quiet hours. There are no on site personnel to enforce the quiet hours The porch lights are supposed to go out at 10 PM. This was not happening on time. Each unit has control of their porch light separate from the porch lights. The Cove did have some of the residents voluntarily turn them off, but the Cove has no such control. Lights can intrude from these resident porch lights. We could not fully open the refrigerator because the rug was an obstruction. Either move the rug or the refrigerator to allow full opening. I did get the door codes to enter but it was very cumbersome. I did not know that we had to do the code again to lock it. I have heard this was addressed in revised guidance. Good coffee. Thanks for the new coffee selections We did not request room service but service was done anyway

Very clean accommodations, comfortable king bed, with great water views. Step from room to large deck overlooking center beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping at Bearskin Neck. While Rockport is a destination resort town, it becomes very quiet in the evening but close to Gloucester where many entertainment venues are available.

We stayed in the annex in the lower level. The apartment was very clean and well appointed and the location was great. The issue was that we didn’t realize that we had to navigate so many steep stairs until after we booked. This should have been made clear on the website. Don’t expect to see staff around but if there is a question or concern, someone gets back to you quickly.
