The Rockport House provided a special and comfortable place to stay that captures the spirit of historical Rockport. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Rockport.

This is a beautiful home. However, you really only have access to your room and one common area. The entire home is used for guest rooms. There is no elevator, so you do have to carry your luggage up/down flights of stairs (we were on the 3rd/top floor), which is a bit sketchy. Unfortunately, the coffee pot in the room did not work, so we had to go up and down the stairs each day just to get a cup of coffee, which was not ideal. I thought this home was a bed and breakfast, but it is not. If you are looking for a hotel room, this place is okay for that.

A beautiful property with clean, modern rooms. Only a short walk from the town. Easy access to get into the room via a code. Bed and pillows were like sleeping on clouds. Lovely hot shower. Self catering. Owners are happy to answer any questions. Would highly recommend. We would stay there again.

The bed and bedding were the most comfortable I've ever experienced. Everything was meticulously clean and cared for. Walkable to adorable shopping area with restaurants.The whole town looked like a seaside fairytale, with this property adding to the charm. Thoughtful room layout with very comfortable furnishings, but please put up some hooks by the door. Loved the contactless concierge where door access codes are sent to you via email, but please be aware there was some confusion as we were provided multiple codes, one of which did not work. Overall loved the stay and will recommend to others!

It is a beautiful old house turned into a hotel. There is no staff, but they were easy to get in touch with via text. It is an old house and the wood floors are a little creaky so he will hear some noise from other guests, but nothing that you can’t deal with. Very convenient to downtown Rockport and a nice little sitting area for coffee in the morning.

This is such a cute and fun place to stay. Totally not your run of the mill “hotel”. I’m so impressed with the quality of the rooms. The bed is the most comfortable thing I have ever slept on. Literally like sleeping inside a cloud. No crappy hotel sleep for me! I slept like a baby!

The exterior of the house is wonderfully Victorian. The interior decor is art deco -- a little of a disconnect. Everything was very clean. The coffee maker didn't work and had obviously not worked for the previous guest. Plenty of parking, good value for the off-season price, and very convenient to the center of town.

We loved our stay at the Rockport house! Very reasonable price, clean, gorgeous bathroom and room, and walkable to town! It was the perfect home base for our weekend away to visit Salem and Gloucester. It’s important to note there is no staff onsite but that wasn’t a problem for us. We didn’t have a problem; but they were pretty responsive to text when we had questions. It was convenient to have a keurig in the room with plenty of coffee pods to choose from. Wish they had more creamer options and herbal teas in the main lobby but that didn’t subtract from our stay at all.

Wow! What an amazing place. So close to rockport and bearskin neck, literally a 5 min walk! The staff are lovely and let us check in early to store our luggage. The space is gorgeous, modern designed Victorian manor, most places like this have a musty smell but this place is very clean and modern. Modern amenities, the shower is divine, the property itself is stunning and spacious. There is lots of parking. The tv has modern streaming networks, temperature controlled rooms, and the beds are so unbelievably comfy. I would recommend they have more durable bed frames as when you move around it is a bit creaky. And the acoustics with other guests aren’t amazing but they’re decent, if you really value privacy tho it may not be the stay for you. We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this property.
