Não voltaremos.

Banheiro era ruim, com toalhas manchadas e as paredes do banheiro eram de vidro com abertura do teto para o quarto (sem nenhuma provacidade e sem ventilacao). A Cama de casal era dicidida no meio incomodando as cosatas, embora confortavel. Cobertas e lençóis limpos. A comida era razoavel mas esperavamos mais por ser all inclusive , pouca opção de carne. As piscinas aquecidas eram pequenas e a grande era fria. Não havia recreações para crianças. Nunca mais voltaremos. O Aj Termas é um empreendimento incrível em marketing no intagram.

O hotel possui 2 categorias de reserva, sendo pernoite ou normal, entretanto pelo hoteis.com isso não fica claro e apenas no checkin informam que a categoria pernoite não permite uso das piscinas e necessíta checkout a cada manhã, além de não permitir o uso do hotel entre 11h e 17h

Excelente Estadia em Iraí

Achei o hotel super confortável com várias piscinas aquecidas e uma praia artificial. A programação para os hóspedes eu achei um destaque a parte.

Fuja dele!

Chovia quando chegamos. O hotel não tem área de desembarque coberta. E nem guarda-chuvas para nos emprestar. Encharcamos. No interior do hotel, goteiras por toda parte. Piso molhado e escorregadio. Baldes e mais baldes para aparar a água. A piscina interna, de água quente, é verdadeira gambiarra. Fecharam um corredor e encheram de água. Uma piada. E nos quartos, o inacreditável: o banheiro (chuveiro, lavatório e o bacio) é separado do quarto por um biombo de meia altura. Imagina o cheiro quando alguém está... Muitos mosquitos sobrevoando impunemente o bufe. Não recomendo.

Para passar um final de semana, mas pode melhorar.

Quanto a estrutura: o hotel tem 4 ofurôs (na sexta 2 estavam disponíveis, 1 com a água esquentando) (no sábado os 4 estavam disponíveis, 2 esquentando) 1 piscina térmica de tamanho mediano, porém deslocada, entre os prédios e sem cobertura e 2 piscinas com água a temperatura ambiente. O quarto com tamanho satisfatório, roupas limpas, cama confortável e bons travesseiros, chuveiro nota 10 com água quente/fria, porém o banheiro tinha um mau cheiro (escutei os mesmos comentários de outros hóspedes) e havia um “condensador” do ar condicionado colocado do lado de fora que fazia barulho a noite toda. Café da manhã excelente, farto e saboroso. Jantar de sexta-feira, havia somente um tipo de carne (pequenos bifes secos) e a comida em geral não estava quente. Almoço de sábado faltou galeto e não houve reposição. Qto as bebidas são oferecidas Skol, Brahma e Bohemia em latinha. Chopp artesanal pro malte (muito bom). Uns 5 tipos de drinks. Espumante (um por casal) e vinho (não tomamos). Os colaboradores são atenciosos, educados, cordiais e prestativos, nota 10. Em geral achei que para um local que se diz sistema tudo incluído deveria nos horários entre as refeições disponibilizar algo para petiscar. Também poderia incluir no cardápio de bebidas uma cerveja de maior qualidade (puro malte) e maior variedade de drinks. Acredito que vai melhorar em tudo, pois tem potencial e o proprietário esteve todos os dias no local.

Promete mais do que pode entregar!!!!!

O preço do balcão era muito inferior ao cobrado pelo aplicativo. Com o valor pago poderia ter ficado em um quarto com banheira e ainda sobrava cento e cinquenta reais. Um abuso! Além disso o hotel prometia hospedagem de resort e não tinha nada! A alimentação era terrível, muita mosca no bufê. Não tinham nenhum atrativo. Um verdadeiro fiasco. Total decepção.

Recomendo, Mas precisa melhorar alguns aspectos.

O hotel tem instalações limpas e adequadas. O lugar é bonito. Deixou-nos desejar na qualificação dos funcionários. Os mesmos precisam apresentar os serviços o disponibilizados. Se não fosse eu ir perguntando, não teria informações. Também não adianta ter infraestrutura se não pode ser utilizado, como piscinas e banheiras.
