"The staff were lovely and very helpful booking tours, taxis and discussing local travelling . The amenities are just not 4 star . The outdoor bar lacks character and experienced bartender. The hotel inside and out just looked warn. No fresh flowers, towels were not plush, lobby furniture needed to be freshened up and it just wasn’t a place that you enjoyed coming back to after evening dinner . Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our balconies as well . The photos on the website are NOT showing the actual state of this hotel ."

"Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is perfectly located right next to the beach, making it easy to enjoy peaceful mornings and beautiful sunrises. The property is very well maintained, extremely clean, and the pool area was spotless and enjoyable. What stood out most was how nature-friendly the place feels — surrounded by greenery, with birds chirping in the morning, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each day. One thing to note: the restaurant is a bit expensive and dinner options are somewhat limited, so it may be worth exploring nearby places for meals. I’d also recommend renting a car if you plan to travel around and explore the area more conveniently. Overall, a peaceful and refreshing place to stay, especially for anyone looking to enjoy nature and beachside relaxation."

"I’ve stayed here twice…what a property! Beautiful views of prokopios, and a fantastic breakfast. The only knock against them is the long walk to the beach (which they have a shuttle for during the day, but i really wish they had a shuttle back around dinner time or into the night hours). I’d stay here again if I’m ever visiting Naxos again!"

"This is one of our favorite hotels in Greece. Very well-located, beautiful, clean, excellent common areas and helpful staff. They also have a shuttle bus service from the port, which makes it very easy. The only small area for improvement is that their beds are quite uncomfortable. Other that that, it was a great experience. We would definitely go back. "
