Second time we stayed here. We feel safe main reason why we like to stay there and close to where we want to go. This second time the beds are NOT comfy they are super hard. Also this time there was a lot of cockroaches. Specially in the bathroom and shower area.

The property was bad in construction carpet was duty we’re five members $ they only give us 3 toallas the water on the shower came up black with dirt like like sewer water the only good part was the breakfast staff they were very nice & helpful I will never stay in this property again I trust Expedia to search better the property’s you have in you website all of us have mosquitoes because bites or something else the property needs to have a inspection to know what king of animals they have I strongly believe are bedbugs such this is disturbing to my family

Terrible experience

The hotel is terrible. There are a lot of man there outside of their rooms drinking and staring at people. Also, someone try to enter to our room like tree times in the night. We have a terrible experience. I don’t recommend it at all. We called to the front desk and they didn’t answer. I hope nobody pass for the same experience as me.

I had a reservation to check in on 4/12/24 My airline changed my schedule so I arrived on 4/11/24 I called and spoke to a receptionist and reserved one more night I told her that I will be at the property around 12am since I was schedule to arrive at 11pm at the airport, she confirmed my reservation, When I arrived to the hotel I found out that my reserved room was already occupied by some one else and the hotel was full. It was not comfortable to find onether hotel at midnight and with 3 pieces of luggage. I ended up sleeping on a couch in my brothers house. Finaly when I checked in on 4/12/24 the shower drain was clogged, but the most uncomfortable situation was cockroches in the room, i felt something on my face while sleeping and it was a cockroach. I have been staying at this hotel for few years at least 3 times a year. But I am thinking about finding another hotel.

El trato del personal fue amable y la estancia en general estuvo bien. Sin embargo, reservé una habitación con cama king size y me asignaron una con dos camas matrimoniales, argumentando que no había disponibilidad, aunque el piso de abajo estaba desocupado. Además, el internet nunca funcionó correctamente y no pude conectarme durante mi estancia. El desayuno estuvo bien, aunque no alcancé a probar todo.

Las habitaciones no tienen ventanas para ventilar para las personas que les afecta el aire acondicionado, se encontró gran cantidad de plaga (cucarachas enormes), lo que si puedo hablar muy bien es del servicio de desayuno, muy atentas las cocineras y meseras, en lo personal tuve una noche mala por lo mencionado de la plaga ya que estaba cuidando que no se me subiera alguna cada rato, aunque en cuestión de precio pagas lo que recibes, estuvo accesible el precio!

La habitación está limpia sin embargo ya se nota un poco viejas algunas cosas, las recamareras hacen muy bien su trabajo de limpieza, personalmente le doy un 4, la alberca estuvo muy sucia un día de mi estancia, igual pedí un servicio extra para lavar y encerar mi auto lo recomiendo lo dejo muy bien me cobró 200 pesos, reserven desde aquí ya que el precio se eleva bastante en la recepción
