"Pros: Clean room. Spacious than I expected.The staff were polite. One assistant helped bring my luggage up to my room.
The hotel is in a terrific location. Very near to Ragigudda metro station. Also near to several good restaurents.The laundry service was great & affordable.
Cons- 2 of the days I couldnt get hot water in the shower after noon. Hot water seems to be available in the morning. And my room had a bathroom with no exhaust fan. It was fine as i was alone.

"Stayed at Hotel White Rock while recovering from surgery. There was a booking ussue upon arrival, however Sangeeta was able to resolve it very professionally and quickly, even adding an extra free day as compensation. Exceptional customer service.
The hotel is in a good location, with close access to an airtel store for help with sim cards and other services you'd need while travelling.
The hotel also has 2 restaurants, a nightclub/bar and the rooms are superb. Very highly recommend, one of the best places I've stayed in."

"A Nice and clean bouquet hotel in the prime location.
Checking in and out was easy. Breakfast was great and staff is nice.
It was a short visit but we may stay here again "

"I booked and prepaid my stay at this hotel about a week prior and had it confirmed. When I arrived, they refused to check me in because I was a foreigner. They claimed they aren't licensed to accommodate international/foreign visitors. They argued that they tried to call me, but I could not be reached. I only have an international phone number and it's not able to pick up calls while I'm abroad, but they couldn't have emailed or messaged alternatively? They recommended me another hotel that was basically on the other side of the city... I had a tour pick-up planned for the next day at this location, it would be too far and inconvenient. I had to walk around to look for another hotel nearby. And of course they won't give a refund.
Overall, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel for non-Indian visitors. I believe my experience was a discriminatory act, and I was technically scammed."

At the restaurant, we had tried the full bhojanam as well as the Onam Saadhya - attention to the tastes of specific regional dishes and the staff treating us royally - just splendid!

"I had a great stay overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the place was excellent. The only downside was the bed—it was quite stiff, and unfortunately, it gave me some back issues that lasted a couple of weeks. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Just a note: there are limited restaurants nearby, so plan accordingly. Still, I’d recommend the stay for the service and cleanliness."
