"Overall wonderful hotel in a great location. Staff are super helpful generally. However breakfast is although a huge spread, the quality of the food is iffy. At times the scrambled eggs were dry and chewy, the dosa colorless and limp, the chutney was mainly water. A surprising thing for this property since it’s otherwise stellar. And in a city like Bengaluru, it’s a shame to have a poor meal in a classy hotel when a smaller establishment offers hygienic, cheap and delicious fare. "

"Stayed at Hotel White Rock while recovering from surgery. There was a booking ussue upon arrival, however Sangeeta was able to resolve it very professionally and quickly, even adding an extra free day as compensation. Exceptional customer service. The hotel is in a good location, with close access to an airtel store for help with sim cards and other services you'd need while travelling. The hotel also has 2 restaurants, a nightclub/bar and the rooms are superb. Very highly recommend, one of the best places I've stayed in."

"Friendly staff, kept clean and well maintained considering its an old hotel. Their staff will ensure everything is working and clean every corner. Large rooms. The only issue is noise outside the hotel. Street vendors so you cant blame the hotel for this. Walkable distance from the park"

"Mohammed Rafi kindly let us check in earlier, he was very helpful. Another member at the reception was not so nice and polite, he was argumentative. Room was nice with comfortable beds. Strong wifi connection. Rooms were not cleaned everyday, we stayed 7 days, only cleaned once, bed wasnt made properly, was jusy covered with duet. Idly sambhar in breakfast everyday or toast with jam no butter. No other option was provided. Location is good. Overall nice hotel but not so nice service."
