"Staff was great. Room needs some TLC. Bathroom door didn't latch. A/C wasn't as cold as we like. No TV listing card. Parking was great."

"Convenient hotel near the airport. I arrived late at the airport and still had a cheerful ride to the hotel. The room was nice. The breakfast was a typical C level one. The staff was great."

"Room was good, restaurant was good. Staff at the restaurant was good. Staff at front desk - not so much. Tried calling, they picked up put me on hold for "a minute", and never got back. That happened twice. Got to the front desk later, the guy is talking on the phone and didn't even acknowledge me. A few minutes later someone else came out. I got there at 2:30 to check in, and he said no room is available and to come back in 30minutes. I get that check in is at 3:00pm, but wow.. first time I was turned away from check in for being 30minutes early. Forget using the EV chargers at the property. People park their car in front of the charger and the staff does not bother with it."

"Your staff at check in, facility, bar and dining, and all over, were extraordinary! I don’t have all names but one starts with Sh… all staff were amazing! We completely enjoyed our family trip with all our grands, kids and the activities. We truly appreciate the service, hospitality and convenience! Great job Hyatt Niagara! Thank you!"

"Rooms were clean however we stayed for multi nights and the front desk was unable to schedule a room cleaning ( fresh towels). We were told to call house cleaning the day we wanted the room cleaned. Valet service is really good. The restaurants on site are nice."
