"Our daughter and two grandsons live in Poway and we were very happy to find such a cozy home nearby to spend time with them and meet our two month old grandson for the first time. The house is located in a very family feeling neighborhood which was ideal for us. We had lovely weather and enjoyed the privacy of the back yard with both shady and sunny patio area facing west to enjoy sunsets. Trader Joe's was close by for groceries and the house kitchen is well equipped and much enjoyed by us. We did have a couple maintenance issues that we reported, and the owner was quick to respond and resolve for us. We had a lovely time!"

"This house in Poway was perfect for our stay! And if we are ever back in San Diego we will definitely stay here again! Easy to get everywhere! Also it was so nice to be in a Clean house away from home!!! Oh I can’t forget the outside it was so beautiful, the setup was very nice with a patio table for outside dining and an outside sitting area! The plants were really beautiful! ! "We rented this apartment for guests, and were very pleased. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and although they only had breakfast in the kitchen, they liked it. The staff was excellent, the apartment clean and comfortable, and the kids enjoyed the pool. We would recommend this rental to others."

"The accommodations were very much as pictured and kid-friendly. Great backyard with the swimming pool, hot tub, play structure, BBQ and seating areas; foosball & ping pong in the garage. Nice options on the tv with many streaming services. Overall, the house was spacious enough for 10 (6 adults, 4 kids 10 & under) - beds were comfy but living room furniture/rug need updating, along with bathroom towels. Linh (our host) was very responsive and accommodated with replacement items that were missing or broken. Hot water from kitchen faucet and ceiling fan in living room need attention but we were able to make do - AC worked great."
