This was a wonderful place to stay in DC. It was a great place because it was was within walking distance of many of the DC sites. It was also close to many top-notch restaurants. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The elevators were timely. It had a fine fitness room and lounge. The place was large and clean.

The room was very clean. I would have appreciated if there was a small chest or drawer I could use to store my clothes while staying. The front desk staff were helpful, but when calling for assistance over the phone, the staff appeared to be bothered and not cheerful to assist.

The AC unit has a hole so the heat from the outside comes inside, so the room will never be cold the first night I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and there was roaches so they transferred me to a new room and in that room before I even got to settle in there was bed bugs on ...
