"The front desk clerk was fantastic. Courteous, informative, attentive, and AVAILABLE. Never had to "search" for anyone. The room was top-notch in my book! I slept so comfortably. The entire room, bathroom, kitchen was clean and all appliances were in working order. The only issue I had was the lack of parking spaces available. Vehicles with trailers need to have their own section instead of taking up FOUR OR FIVE parking spaces. Which meant I had to park in the gym's parking lot next door which was NOT close to the hotel. But overall, I would DEFINITELY recommend MyPlace as a go-to place to stay."

"I was worried with some of the reviews. Bogus. Room is clean, staff was great, location is great. Since I was worried about the thin walls and floors I requested top floor. Was told to call the morning of for that request. I called this morning and Caitlyn locked me into the top floor. I expressed concerns of possible pet smell or fleas as we were tore up one time in a hotel in yuma. She said she'd double check but was pretty sure no recent pets in this room. That was great customer service. When we arrived at 5pm we got our top room and it was great. Clean n no smell. We then had trouble with the wifi. Went down to front desk and talked with Alyssa. She was also great. Very friendly, and polite. Explained what I needed to do and if any problems to let her know. We still had problems. After being on hold for 20 minutes I hung up and contacted Alyssa again. She said she would get in touch with tech support. 20 minutes later she called me and said tech support would call me and at the same time they did. Tech support heard the issues and within 5 minutes had them solved. I went down to ask Alyssa for thier names so I wouldn't mess up on spelling. We talked for a bit, she explained a couple of the bad reviews like that pallet bs and some others. I can say this we will be back to stay here again multiple times to visit our granddaughter in college. "

"Spotless location, clean beds and sheets that didn't make my sensitive skin itchy, large dining area, large rooms. The lobby, dining and staff had a very business-like vibe to it. There were many construction crews staying at the hotel. The vibe wasn't as friendly, family-like and warm as the Phoenix Airport location. Too many "government" people in and around the lobby conference room that made me wonder who they're watching - are they homeland security or something? One of them waiting for his group to return to the closed conference room door the day I checked out sat behind me in the lobby for about an hour as I used the business center computer and I felt watched. When I was finished, before I left, I asked him if he was waiting to use the computer I was on but he said no. I asked him if he was with that "government group" I'd been told was using the conference room a few nights prior and he admitted yes he was waiting for them to return. It was weird and made me uncomfortable as a solo guest visiting Arizona on a relocation housing search trip."
