Stayed at riverside 3 times now. Lovely rooms, good location just off main road but need a car. Only complaint was there was a noisy coach party leaving at 7am but not hotels fault they were noisy. Will stay again next time in Ayrshire!

Overall lovely hotel on the inside downstairs, Our room was very basic and a funny smell in the corridors and our room, other guests had also mentioned it, Got breakfast delivered the next morning some items missing and no toast or milk for tea. Staff friendly and check in and out easy. Good location.
