"Just 1 day before checking in, we were informed by the property manager that our room was on the 3rd floor. Upon reaching there, we found out that it was a row house with shared spaces and rooms rented out to other tenants. There were no elevators and we had to carry our heavy bags 3 stories up after a long tiring day. We were also given only 1 towel.
