"The staff were friendly and nice. The challenge was not being fluent in Spanish. The hot tubs and jacuzzi's throughout the property did not seem to want to get warm or have bubbles and I honestly couldn't get the staff to understand what I was looking for, or how to make it work. "

"This is a decent, no-frills hotel. The resort I usually stay at was full, so I spent a two-nighter at the Terra Linda. The rooms are okay; they are small but okay for a quick stay. "Overall the resort was great. I was there for a wedding and enjoyed the stay. I think improvements can be made when trying to make dinner reservations. The VIP office was closed whenever I tried to make a dinner plans and had to call from my room phone. I also think for the VIP price, Wi-Fi should be offered. Had the most fun at Harmony Beach. Manny was very attentive and provided the best service."
