"Tough property to review. The condo was beautiful and clean, just as listed; and the overall location and area are great. The host was responsive and clearly cares about creating a beautiful setting in the condo. The grounds, however, are in a state of disrepair. The pool was out of order and completely green with algae. The bathrooms at the pool were out of order. The basketball courts were broken. The tennis courts were broken. Pathway lights were broken. "I got a nice welcome from the front desk. They were very friendly and helpful. I rented by mistake a room with two queen beds but no kitchen and we came with food to cook. They accommodate us in a two room house with an adjustment in price and we were very pleased! The house is spotless even being in front of the beach! Everything looks beautiful. The beach in front it is a little ruff but few feet to the right it is a pocita, very calm water. I only wish the kitchen was more equipped for cooking but we’re able to do the cooking with the little utensils we got. I loved everything in that house! "
