Do not book this property. It has been closed for a year. Despite the fact that it remains on this site, it is not open. CheapTickets has been informed but property still appears on their site. They were horrible with finding us another hotel. Put us in a hotel 20 miles away and were unwilling to comp us for the inconvenience. I’ll Never use Cheaptickets again.

The Ghost hotel from hell!!

The owner of the Hotel died , it's being managed by Mrs Lorraine Reyes. She wanted me to cancel my purchase trough hotels .com and pay her on cash . I could never do the check in, I had to wait on the parking lot for fone one to show up to the reception for 2 hours, and Lorraine slowed up with no mask , demanding things from me that where inecesary just because she has some administrative problems. Then she stayed I was on the wrong hotel . That the hotel was abandoned . This is a ghost hotel , don't ever go here !!! I lost my money

Not What Advertised at All!

The property was not at all what advertised; no access to the beach, the pool was closed due to pump problems and there is no wi-fi. We cancelled or stay and received a full refund. Absolute fiasco.

Torn mattress, panels in shower lifting, cockroach, rusted refrigerator, no water pressure on shower head. I've had bad experiences before, none like this. Would not recommend this hotel.

I'd've rather stayed in a cheap motel

This is just a rundown hotel, nothing about it makes it a resort. It appears they stopped being a resort several years ago. There are signs all over saying they don't allow outside food or beverage, yet they have no restaurant. They have signs that say hamburgers are served Saturday poolside, but that didn't happen. They have no phones in the rooms, so there's definitely no room service either. They have 10 or 15 channels on the TV sets, which was nice because we don't have cable at home. Their air conditioner (window units in each room) was very cold, so that's also a plus. No wifi in the rooms, nor did the common area wifi work. There is practically no cellular service on the premises either, so this meant we had to leave the complex entirely to communicate with the outside world. The paint was falling off the walls and ceilings, especially in the exterior hallways (there are no interior hallways), which were wet and slippery due to recent rain. Our balcony was also without drainage. The hand rails we used to go up and down the stairs were rusted and separated from their bases, some floating in mid air. There were no elevators. They were not worth the pretty penny we paid to stay there.

Falta de mantenimiento en general

Les dire que las cerraduras de las puertas estan en malas condiciones, los handle de las escaleras despegados ( partidos), no cafeteria, piscina no muy limpia (no la use por esa razon), por 3 dias vi la basura de los zafacones externos al cuarto sin recoger por los tres dias que estube, no internet en ningun lugar del hotel. Creo que fuimos los unicos inquilinos porque no vi un solo carro estacionado en la parte de los visitantes por los 3 dias que estube, solo vi los carros de los que trabajaban, de hecho gente muy amable y humilde. En general el personal nos trato muy bien, pero el mantenimiento del lugar esta muy lejos de lo que uno espera, necesita pintura, limpieza y reparacion de varias areas.

Not a good experience

The hotel staff are horrible ! They treat you as though you are asking for charity and not like you're a paying customer. The room was clean but there were no towels! If you plan to park your car there, know that parking is very limited. Overall, not a good experience.

Just okay.

Hard to locate-GPS took us to 3 different locations- had to ask a local. Upon arrival we were told there was no water in our building but it was expected to be on shortly. Went without water for the entire first day/night - no toilet/sink/shower. The next morning we asked when there would be water and they moved us into a different building (why that couldn't have happened first, I'm unsure..). The second room was better, but still just okay. The best thing was the easy beach access where we met great locals.

No employees

Worst experience in a hotel. First, no employees at the front desk. Security guard had to assist us. Waited 1 hr and 30 min for someone to come help him. They send security boss, not a hotel employee. Anothrt hr to help. We got there at midnight, didnt get a room till 230 am. In the morning front desk person was nasty and rude. Premises filthy!!!! No water pressure. Horrible!!!!!

Good location

Great close to los jobos, bad TV, no ESPN, no breakfast, great staff, internet does not work in the room.too many bugs. No parking security, a family had car broken into and all items stolen. Not acceptable.

this hotel seems abandoned. common areas are in very bad conditions. The hotel needs to be completely remodeled, or it will be out of business soon.
