Athens Key doesn't seem like it's in the best or safest part of Athens. The staff were helpful and the available meals were good. However, it was noisy (packed with schoolchildren when I was there) and the promised views of the Parthenon were available if you were in just the right place on the roof top restaurant. It is not conveniently located except for the Athens Museum of Archaeology.

Really great central location, but because it's tucked away down a side street you don't feel like you are so central. Terraces also get sun all afternoon.

"I arrived at the hotel between 5:00 and 6:00 PM, there was no one at reception, no one answered the bell, I had someone who knew the managers call him no answer.
