9.2/10 Wonderful! (987 reviews)
A lovely hotel in a perfect location. It is right in the heart of the city, yet tucked away in an inner courtyard, so it is very peaceful and quiet. The shower was beautiful and exceptionally spacious. The bed was on the firmer side, and the pillows were only reasonably comfortable. At times, however, it felt as though design had taken priority over practicality. The sink was unnecessarily small, which meant that the area around it was constantly wet. There was a small table and an armchair in the room, which looked nice but we never actually used them. The bedside tables, on the other hand, were terrible – unbelievably tiny. We even had to remove the hotel phone and TV remote to make some space, yet my husband’s phone still fell off during the night, as did my glasses. They were simply too small to hold even the most essential items.
