  • Welcome to Casa Barbara by NapoliApartments, an elegant sea view penthouse located in the heart of Ischia Porto, just in front of the picturesque Fishermen's Beach. Perfect for accommodating up to 6 people, the apartment offers a beautiful terrace where you can have lunch outside and relax on our comfortable sun loungers. A few steps from the suggestive Pineta Mirtina, Casa Barbara is the ideal choice for those who want an unforgettable stay in one of the most beautiful areas of Ischia.
    December 24 and 31: check-ins will be available until 18.00.
    Upon check-in, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian rental law.

    City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 7 nights

I will give you the pros and cons about this property :Pros : it was really close to the castle, right in front of the beach , close to via Roma, super central location. As far as location it was great. Cons : this house was “marketed” as 3 bedrooms, but they failed to mention 1 room was “outside” of the house, and it didn’t have any air conditioning, so it was NOT functional. We couldn’t use that room , and nobody told us, one of the rooms was outside. We had to all fit in the main house . So disappointing. This was an attic, so keep in mind is way smaller than pictured , and you need to go up 4 flights of stairs . Also the check out for this property is 10 am , keep this is mind before renting.
