We stayed in the apartment with terrace and sea view. The view of lighthouse is stunning and this is what made our stay. It is very clean with exceptional cleaning service everyday and an absolutely superb, generous breakfast. HOWEVER, this property is being falsely advertised. We booked here as it was advertised as having a kitchen with cooking facilities. This is not correct! There is a covered up hob which is not connected to any gas or electricity supply. All cupboards are completely empty, meaning not even one single, knife, fork, spoon etc. No cups for drinks at all. We voiced our concerns and were then provided with two plates, two forks, two knives and two mugs. This is not acceptable, having paid a good price for a self catering apartment. The host blamed Expedia, however the same is said on Booking.om etc. Is it legal to advertise in such a way? We are not the first to feed back such information. We also had trouble gaining access at check in, although pre-arranged. We were left on the street as access is via a locked door. No answer to phone or WhatsApp messages.

The apartment is in a truly amazing position, perched above the water with great views. It is a walk to the shops and ferries and it has direct access to a small beach via its own staircase. A lovely breakfast is delivered to your balcony each morning. A beautiful, peaceful place.

Handy Harbour Apartment
Stayed for one night. Don’t expect utensils and crockery it is an eco apartment. Steep steps leading down to beach. Buffet breakfast brought to us 8 am. Everything very fresh and good choice. ery close to harbour was a plus point but a little noisy at times when ships were dropping their anchors. Air conditioning was a must. Very nice view from large terrace.

Excellent in every way!
This apartment hotel was a real find. Only 5 minute walk from the ferry you are close to shops, restaurants and buses but the rooms and your own outdoor seating/sunbathing area overlooks the sea, with the sea directly lapping the walls. A sea wall ensures safe bathing for at least 2 - 3 hundred metres in crystal clear water. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable but the joy is Dora, the manager. She provides the daily breakfast, which is delivered to you every morning, is helpful and friendly and is always caring and smiling. She made us feel welcome. You do not really meet other guests so if this is an important part of your holiday then this would not be for you. The sea and the ferry can be heard arriving and departing but we liked this. The island offers so much and we were very fortunate to find such a beautiful place to stay. We can't wait to come back.

Sehr nette Hausbetreuerin, klassische italienerin. Frühstück ok, für den Preis Inbegriffen-nur süsses. Wohnung würde einige Ausbesserungsarbeiten benötigen, Putz fällt von wand, vermutlich jedoch durch die hohe Luftfeuchte gleich neben dem meer.

Bel hébergement, très bien situé avec un charme fou et une vue incroyable ! La propreté est irréprochable. Mais …. L’accueil est décevant pas de message avant d’arriver, pas de vraie réponse sur expedia, pas de code ou de numéro de chambre communiqué avant l’arrivée. Du coup nous sommes arrivés à 19h25 devant la villa et avons obtenu les infos après beaucoup de stress qui aurait pu être évité par un peu de communication de la part du personnel de la villa . Nous sommes partis sans plus d’information , où rendre la clé et quelques mots pour savoir si nous avions apprécié le lieu . Très décevant . De même le petit déjeuner dans une dînette en carton est surprenant : pas de chocolat , la cafetière ne fonctionnant pas … pas de café. Des yaourts sans cuillère ( étonnant ) . Et surtout une cuisine sans vaisselle…. Simplement décorative !! Étonnant . Quel dommage dans un lieu si exceptionnel ! Une villa mauresque rénovée avec goût et beaucoup de confort ! L’impression reste positive grâce à son emplacement mais cela se limite à cela ……

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, tolle Wohnung und eine fantastische Sonnenterasse. Dazu gibt es noch einen kleinen Privatstrand. Das war super. Einziger Nachteil: wir waren zu viert mit zwei Kindern und die Ausziehcouch ist in einem schlechten Zustand (total durchgelegen). Folge: Eine schlechte Nacht für mich und meinen Sohn. Das normale Bett war aber okay. Bei einer Unterkunft mit dem Preis eigentlich unerwartet. Es wurde nur durch die wirklich nette Wirtin und das gute Frühstück wieder abgemildert. Zu zweit zu empfehlen, zu viert eher nicht.

A notre grande surprise nous n étions pas à l hôtel mais dans une villa divisée en 4 ;très propre Belle vue ; pt déjeuner apporté le matin sous forme de paniers Très reposant ;petite plage au pied de la villa ;hôtesse très accueillante La situation géographique est peut être le petit point négatif juste à côté du port et de l entrée des Ferry

False advertisement
In the note for this hotel it says that there is a kitchen. It was not, and it is false advertising to be honest. The only reason I booked this hotel was because of the kitchen. That being said it is a beautiful apartment, with a great location. The apartment is close to several little beaches, and perfect distance to the more touristy/busy main part of town. The best part is the lovely breakfast that was brought every morning! I do think the apartment needs a little love. It is lovely decorated, but there’s several small flaws like the toilet kept running, little dirty some places (I found old food in one of the drawers), stains on the couch. I also think the staff could give a little more information. I was given a quick tour of the apartment, but they didn’t show me the hotel entrance to the beach, mention that I couldn’t use the kitchen, etc. For check out I had to call them and ask because no one gave me any information. I think it is a lovely place, but for that price you kind of expected something “extra”. That, in addition to the missing kitchen, makes me not so happy about my stay. I don’t think it is worth the price, and you can get better deals at better hotels.

Великолепный отдых!
Очаровательная вилла в непосредственной близости от порта и пусть эта близость никого не пугает. Огромное преимущество, когда не надо бегать по горам, по незнакомому острову, с огромными чемоданами и искать свой отель. Сама вилла находится в тупике, рядом с небольшим парком, проезда посторонних машин там нет, поэтому тихо. Недалеко находится конечная остановка всех автобусов острова, а так же Искья Порто со своими торговыми улочками и сетевым супермаркетом, где можно купить всё необходимое. Но самое главное, что есть у этой виллы – собственный спуск в море прямо с террасы! Море у берега мелкое, теплое и очень чистое, в любое время дня спускаешься по лесенке прямо в воду, а после купания снова на террасу, загорать на лежаках. Открытая терраса оборудована столом со стульями, лежаками и креслами, вокруг цветущие кустарники. Все 4 номера на вилле со своим отдельным входом, а также «двориком». В номере 2 комнаты, кухня-столовая и санузел. Внутри всё очень чисто и устроено со вкусом, множество шкафов, есть кое-что из посуды, холодильник, чайник, кофемашина. Полотенца менялись каждый день, уборка тоже. Wi-Fi внутри помещений отличный, на террасе похуже (не стабильный). Особая благодарность Доре, которая готова была во всём помочь, но при этом совсем никого не беспокоила. Единственной проблемой, которую я хотела бы отметить – это постоянный шум прибоя. Меня он беспокоил ночью, а вот мужа моего не беспокоил совсем. Поэтому советую запастись берушами. Очень рекомендую Villa Lentisco!

Dormire coccolato dalle onde del mare in uno dei quattro alloggi rinnovati e panoramici della dependance di una Villa nobiliare con accesso diretto al mare ...cosa vuoi di più ? Congratulazioni alla Signora Dora per la sua favolosa accoglienza e a Raffaele per l’assistenza. Ci rivediamo presto!
