"Great place, great stay"

"Good parking. Short-ish walk to the main town centre, bars, restaurants and the evening market. Decent options for breakfast, cured meats, scrambled eggs, cereals, fruits, etc. A good range of lunch options, too. Bar service was very good although it did close at 23:00. You need to be in town for drinks any later than that. There is a shuttle bus available to the local beach which is beautiful with crystal clear waters. See photo for the schedule that applied when we visited in Aug '25. There is a good sized pool when you'd rather not get sand between your toes. Lifeguard is on duty for the majority of the day. He does have a day or two off over the week though (quite rightly). "

"Our stay at Baglioni Resort Sardinia was nothing short of incredible! The booking process was simple, and check-in was seamless. The resort is perfectly designed to blend modern luxury with the charm of the island. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and elegantly decorated, providing both comfort and relaxation. Dining was exceptional. Breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh, high-quality foods, and dinners at the resort’s restaurants were a highlight. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared, showcasing local flavors with impeccable presentation. Facilities were outstanding. The pool and private beach access were pristine, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the water. The wellness center and gym were equally impressive, offering both relaxation and the chance to stay active. Transfers and resort services were efficient, making it easy to explore nearby San Teodoro or simply relax on the property. The staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay unforgettable. They anticipated needs before we even had to ask and gave excellent recommendations for activities and dining in the area. Our favorite part of the stay was enjoying the pristine beach and turquoise sea combined!"

"Amazing stay. Informative staff give advice on things to do and getting around. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was excellent, AC is powerful, double windows allow any degree of light/fresh air combination. Breakfast for £10 is a buffet of simple breakfast items, which is an option for comfort."

"The hotel is very charming. The dining area is lovely. Breakfast was good-meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, pastries. The pool was nice. The rooms definitely leave something to be desired. They are very plain & just a room w a bed & tv & dresser. Nothing fancy but fine. The ac works nicely. And the bathroom is small but seemed recently updated. Plenty of parking. About a 10 min walk to beach with a couple of restaurants there. Paid parking at the beach that takes card. Overall we liked it and would stay again. "

"We arrived 00:15. Front desk was still staffed (apparently 24/7). Street parking was the main isdue with the hotel apprarently being near full and it being late."

" The location is beautiful and peaceful — exactly what we wanted — but the service is not at 4-star level. Staff are kind but clearly overstretched. We were charged €8/day for parking with no alternative, which should really be included. Breakfast starts only at 8AM with no early option, and no water or coffee machine in the rooms. The spa was advertised but was unavailable during our stay, with no prior notice. The pool bar opened only after 1PM. The biggest surprise was the coffee: machine coffee was poor, and my first cappuccino tasted of salty water (likely tap water). Though the waiter apologised and fixed it the next day, this is unacceptable in an Italian 4-star resort. Staff also had loud arguments near guests. Room cleaning was basic: towels were changed but sheets weren’t, and floors weren’t properly cleaned. The food menu is very limited and expensive. Worst of all, during checkout they tried to charge us more than double (including parking again and items we didn’t order). Only after I asked to check the bill was it corrected. Beautiful setting, but the service, transparency, and quality need major improvement"
