"This was the nicest hotel! On Arrival the children were greeted by the reception team who took them to pick a gift from the Christmas tree, this may seem like a little extra detail but meant the world to the kids! The hotel was beautiful, clean and bright with lots of help friendly member of staff"

"Hotel is large and has good amenities. Very nice pool and services. The play area was brilliant. The family room could be a little bigger, have space to store clothes, and I personally don't like the square pillows they use, otherwise it was lovely and we enjoyed our time there. "

"Great location from the airport. We stayed in XL room and iit was great with 2 bathrooms and spacious. Only downside was that the room was cold, no heating available"

"We had a lovely stay here. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was brilliant being not too far from the main train station, and having bus stops a few minutes away. It's a lovely hotel that I would absolutely stay at again."

"Excellent! We were here for a few days with friends and had a great time. The staff were excellent and we were upgraded in our room and had a nice view. The room was clean and comfortable - it was a little tricky to open and close the drapes the first time (all electronic). We were just across the street from the airport and so it was ideally close. The airlines had lost our luggage and the hotel was helpful in giving us some amenities to tide us over. We ate at the restaurant on site and the food was delicious. We also were in easy walking to the trains and were able to travel around Copenhagen quite easily. We were recommended this hotel from other friends and will definitely stay here on our next trip!"
