We chatted with the company for many hours before we arrived. In spite of that the apartment was not cleaned when we came. It took 1 hour from contacting the owner until a team came to clean. The toilet was broken even after they were supposed to fix it. At times we could not flush. On the bright side the apartment was nicely decorated and the 2 ladies that finally came to clean was friendly and cleaned well.
