"Very nice hotel. Room was big and spacious. The service was outstanding. The food exceeded my expectations. My only complaint for an all inclusive hotel is the fact that you get a bill every time that you order something. Although you do not have to pay since it is all inclusive, but you get asked to give a tip. For me this was so annoying. Besides that everything was perfect. If the hotel eliminates this procedure I would return as many times as possible."

"Everything is clean, beautifully decorated and homey feeling. The food was great with a few excptions like room service, we found most room service food tasted old and inedible. Beach was pristine, service everywhere was fantastic. Book a massage with Fernanda at the spa and grab chocolate from Itzel at Kakao! Stand outs for sure!"

"At first I had miscommunication, but it all worked out! The place is beautiful, the staff is great, quite a bit of things for kids which was great! Food some places were delicious others were typical not bad. The only thing I would say is the Hibachi was preferred guest and then opened to everyone else but not for parties of 12.MTS shuttle services were excellent as well!"
