"We recently stayed at your resort and unfortunately had several issues that impacted our overall experience.
We booked a room with two queen beds but were given a room with only one king bed, which was inconvenient for our group.
Our room accommodated three guests, yet we were only provided with two pool towels. It was a hassle each time we needed an extra towel. Additionally, once you check in, you’re required to bring your towel back daily to exchange it for a clean one. Unfortunately, the towel stations frequently ran out of fresh towels, forcing us to repeatedly check back throughout the day, which was both inconvenient and frustrating.
Some of the furniture in the room was broken, there was no fan in the bathroom, and only one blanket was provided. We had to request an additional blanket each day for the pullout couch.
The food was fair at best and did not meet expectations for a resort of this caliber.
There were frequently room service trays left in the hallways for extended periods, often for the entire day, which detracted from the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property.
The seaweed conditions on the beach were poor during our stay.
Bar service—especially at the pool bars—was consistently slow.
While the spa massage service was excellent, the overall spa amenities did not meet expectations.
