"Zero star but excellent view. The unit was full of small ant and spiders, no one is clearly managing the unit or cleaning it properly. There was ants in the luggage bags and we had to be the ones cleaning the apartment. You can’t sit at the table and have dinner because bugs will go on your plate. Better to stay at a hotel. The building itself was relatively new, good gym with a view and the apartments views were amazing. Just be ready to clean yourself."

"Very well situated within 15 minute drive to the city walls and 25 minues from the airport. You can walk to the beach. The better beach is a 12minute drive. The apartment is clean and has all the necessities for a family. Very nice view from all the rooms. Nice pool with nice views."

The property does not have HOT WATER - i guess this is normal for Cartagena BUT it was not in the listing and i did not realize until after we had booked. It was a minor issue for me - may be more for others. location was VERY close to the beach - this made is really great. walking to the old city was over 45 minutes BUT taxi was 10 minutes (without traffic). overall, it was a good apartment with some minor...
