"Enjoyed my two-night stay at Nena Beach Resort Hotel. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and has air conditioning and nice pool area. The walk from parking is tricky, and there are lots of local vendors trying to sell you. It’s a great spot if you want a nature-focused, local-living experience."

"If you're visiting from far away like the United States or on a special trip, I'd recommend staying at the Blue Apple Beach Club instead. You don't want to cheap on the little stuff on a vacation. The room was advertisied as having Wifi, and it did not have Wifi or cell signal. Youll have to walk by the pool area to make calls. Also the bathroom has black mold around the sink, and the shower water temperature doesn't get warm or hot. Those basic comforts make a big difference on a vacation, so I...

"From the moment we arrived, Josmira was a kind, helpful, and charming host. We also had a wonderful time getting to know Fabio as he served us food and drink, and Maria Fernanda took exceptional care of us the entire time. The staff here is phenomenal. The rooms were cute, and clean, and the beachside setting was simply gorgeous. 10/10"
