Privilege Aluxes Isla Mujeres Adults Only

"This was our third stay at Privilege Aluxes in 11 years, although it had been eight years since our last visit. We stayed for five nights. The property and our room were very clean, and the staff was friendly, polite, and welcoming. Unfortunately, the experience has changed since our previous visits. The food was typical of most all-inclusive resorts and tasted much more Americanized than we remembered. In the past, it seemed more authentic. The drinks were also disappointing, even when we requested name-brand alcohol. We booked a private beach dinner for our anniversary, but it was canceled that afternoon because of possible bad weather. We understood, but the only alternatives offered were dinner in our room or rescheduling for the next evening. We asked for a reservation at Satay instead but were told it was fully booked. We ended up leaving the resort and had an amazing anniversary dinner elsewhere. The pool also needs attention. Some tiles are coming off, and the water was extremely hot. A way to circulate cooler water would make it more enjoyable. I would also recommend adding recycling bins around the property and in the rooms. Overall, the resort is very clean and the staff is wonderful, but the food, drinks, and overall experience were not as good as we remembered."

"Great location for Isla Mujeras and North Beach. I did like our private entrance from the beach but it closed too early and you have to walk around. The staff is only ok. Bored of being too accomodating. The breakfast included at the near by beach bar was pretty lame, just go for coffee. The bar staff there was also bored of service. Not welcoming. Its one big touisty place and I am sure I would be too. We are not speical but it is nice to swim in warm salt water. Everythign US prices now on the Island except the food trucks which were great. I went in summer and would go back in winter again to see the difference in vibe."

"Absolutely perfect. It’s a hidden gem. Pool, Beach access, onsite restaurant! What more could you want? The place was clean and cleaning crew refreshed towels and took out trash. Great communication and easy to check in and out."

"Location, location, location!!! Lovely view of the ocean! Stacy the property manager is why we will come back again! Any problem and she is on it!! Great housekeeping (we added extra days) The pool is clean and all the staff at nautibeach condos are warm and helpful! Aircon works super great!!! We are coming again next year and staying longer! Love #22!"

"Loved our stay at Nautibeach! The Mayan restaurant there was very good. Really nice location to stay in as well. Within a 5 min walk you’re already near lots of restaurants and shops. Pool was always kept very clean. Definitely recommend. I had a garden view."
