air conditionning was so loud we had to change room, wifi was not working half of the time, the music at the pool was so loud that it would wake us up in the morning, our 2nd room was not cleaned (there was a used toothbrush and fake eyelash in the bathroom)

For a $180 "luxury" suite, this was a very disappointing experience. The listing said that there was a fridge. There was not a fridge, but rather a huge empty space where a full size fridge should be. There were dead bugs on the kitchen counter. No soap in the kitchen, no toilet paper in one bathroom. ...
