"Staff was very help full, restroom and beds , needs to upgrade , very low standard the price was charged,we stayed in saudia , at Marriott Makkah , Shaza at madina and we were expecting five star , because this hotel was build long time ago but rooms need up grade, next door room can hear all notices late nite disturbing rest and sleep, but any way our family enjoyed breakfast and enjoyed stay and we will come again Insha Alah. PS Front desk staff were outstanding ,raja Z (U S A)"

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. My room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options and great quality. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality and the attention to detail that made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I genuinely enjoyed my time here. I would happily stay again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area."
