We really enjoyed the house/property and the deep direct access. Would stay there again. We had to come back home during our stay for work but left our belongings there(including boat) and had no issues. Neighbors were all friendly.
We have nothing but great things to say about the property. It was a perfect spot for myself, my husband and our two dogs. It was in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street but only minutes to everything in Islamorada.
Check in was easy. The owner were there if you needed them and they were very nice and accommodating. The house looks small from the outside but it is very open and roomy. The furniture is very comfortable and they have everything you need for cooking. The outside under the house was a nice sitting area to relax. The neighbors were very nice Too. We really loved our stay.
Great location for day trips allover the keys or kicking back in the sun, fishing, paddle boarding or watching the manatees.

Roaches and spiders
First of all, the downstairs portion of this unit, which consists of the laundry area and 2nd bathroom, is crawling with cockroaches. My husband had set his suitcase down on the floor in there so we could wash his clothes. When I went in there, I found roaches inside his suitcase! He is going to discard the suitcase, for fear that cockroach larvae remains inside. Also, my son woke up one morning with a large welt on his arm. It appeared to be a spider bite. This traumatized him. Because I found the spiders and roaches to be unacceptable, we left the house early and found another place to stay. Multiple attempts to contact the owner regarding our concerns and asking for a partial refund were ignored. As soon as the owner got our payment, we did not hear from her at all any more.

Good for single or couple
Great location, quiet, friendly neighborhood. Manatees seen often in backyard canal which was the best feature. Big disappointment was the second bathroom was underneath the house in a musty utility room with washer/dryer and not suitable for guests. The tiny bathroom upstairs, recently retiled, was fine for a single or couple only. The twin bedroom nicely remodeled; but the queen bed in other BR badly needs to be replaced. With only basic cable TV it was difficult to be a sports fan. Also contrary to most owners practice, this owner rented for the next year without an option for this renter to return for the same month.

Great house
LOVED it here! Great location. Fished, jet skied, day trip to Key West. Such a great time. Manatees greeted us in canal in front of home on arrival. Do not want to leave!

Great stay for the cost
Great location for the serious fisherman. House is stocked with everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cold AC. Boat ramp in the back yard is extremely convenient. Few miles from the bait shops and restaurants. The flat just south of the inlet had numerous bonefish on it at low tide. Tarpon under the first bridge to the south. Neighborhood was quite and everyone friendly. My dogs and wife were with me. They wanted to buy the place. Keys disease got us again. :-). Highly recommended. Have fun...

Beautiful
My family and I rented this home for four years and I can't say how amazing each stay was. The boat ramp attracted us at first, we have a nice sized Pathfinder and the space was perfect! It is a quiet area, and everyone is so friendly and helpful. The rooms were pretty spacious, the kitchen also. We loved the walk to the Safari lounge to relax with cocktails in the evening and hear the hot spots of the day to fish. It's a quick drive to the Fish Company and little shops near by. The guys love the bait fridge. Would recommend this over and over again.

Winter getaway
Had a great time,me and my dog. Was down from NJ with a small boat for a month. Having the ramp in back yard was great. Kathy was very easy to deal with. I'm glad I couldn't get my 25 ft boat out of the snow though cause the pics don't show that they have a boat on a lift that takes up most of the dock in back. My cell phone didn't work in house but if I walked down the street or even across the street it did. I think it has to do with the power lines and the angle to the cell tower that u can see from yard. A neighbor told me about a salt water crock in the water when he saw my dog who loves the water was swimming in it. I was fishing in yard one day at a very low no moon tide and saw it slither past. About a five footer I'd say. I wish I was told about this. I had to keep my dog out of the logoon and that was not easy. Fishing was great, even in the lagoon. Neighbors are nice and gave me some great advice on fishing and places to eat. All in all as a single 61 year old that loves fishing, I would recomend and my return myself.
