We were notified property was ready as we drove to it. Upon arrival at 9 pm the A/C was not working. It was attended to the next day. Upon inspection of the premises there were 5 light bulbs that had to be replaced, one bathtub was stopped up, the clock battery was dead. "Premises Ready" begged the question by whose checklist? Under the subject the accommodations did not warrant premium prices the carpet was stained in multiple places, no garbage disposal, only one key was provided, the lighting so poor that reading required placing the book directly under the living room lamp, the vacuum cleaner did not work, unless you knew how to access your home TV provider there was no live TV to view the College National Championship, the NFL playoffs, news or the local weather. This was our second visit to EBC which we love and though this condo was disappointing I still give it the experience 3 stars. There was quite a contrast between the first place we stayed and this one.
