Our entire stay was an absolute delight. Stuart at the desk was very helpful with pre-registering us as we arrived earlier than the check in time. We were able to use the pool In the meantime where we ordered food and drinks. The rooms were nice and clean and beds were comfy. They even accommodated a 12pm check out for us. Thank you Islander staff for making this an enjoyable stay for me and my family!

Great property with an amazing concept, especially in an area where there aren’t many high-end properties offering this style and experience. The facilities are excellent, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. My only negative feedback is that a few members of staff were constantly on their phones watching clips and videos, often with the volume turned up. We found this quite annoying, particularly when trying to relax quietly by the pool. It would be great if staff could be reminded to use headphones or keep phone use to a minimum in guest relaxation areas. Room maintaince could also be better.

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation! We loved the property, and the staff was exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The amenities were fantastic, especially for our teenage boys, who had a great time. Everything exceeded our expectations and made for a relaxing, memorable getaway. Thank you for such a wonderful experience—we look forward to returning!
