This fabulous house in Islamorada offers 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, heated/chilled pool, commerce ice machine, and private beach. 70 Feet of deep water dockage, 30/50 marine amp power. Bait cleaning station. Super quick access to bay and ocean via channel two or Five. The first floor is a private apartment with full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room over looking pool and water. Two spacious bedrooms with double queen beds, and full bath. Second floor has open floor plan with soaring ceilings, large living room area, dining room over looking pool, full spacious kitchen, master with king bed and private bath, and two spacious bedrooms, one with king, one with queen. We have a private neighborhood beach that you will hey key access too. White Marlin Beach, mile marker 74.5 bay side.
