This was a great home to stay in. The house had everything pool was great!! The two separate living areas was a plus as well. We would for sure stay here again.

Relaxing trip to the keys with kids

We just returned from a great stay in Islamorada. This house was a great place for two families to stay. The house is very well outfitted with everything you might need. The kids loved the pool, basketball and playing whiffle ball on the sandy beach yard. The views of the ocean are beautiful. There are plenty of areas to sit and relax both inside and outside. We had an awesome trip, I wish we could go back now!

Awesome trip

The property was exactly as advertised: spacious, well equipped, beautiful. Awesome huge heated pool. Beautiful location on the beach- incredible view! Well equipped kitchens. Excellent outdoor furnishings on balcony. The property has incredible privacy given it's location. Easy drive (1hr 45 min) to Key West. Great local restaurants. My husband and I stayed with my two sisters and their husbands. We brought our two small dogs and they had a blast. Would love to come here again!

Amazing! Family hated to leave!

Property is private and beautiful. Every possible amenity is included - even paddle boards and kayaks. Private beach, heated pool right on the beach. Family felt like they were in their own private paradise. Excellent location near all the best restaurants in Islamorada. Not far from Sombrero Beach and Bahia Honda - two great beaches. Super comfortable. We asked for a Christmas tree as we were staying over Christmas and they decorated the entire house, upstairs and down. Could not have been nicer to us.

We recently stayed at this property with extended family—my nieces and great-nieces stayed upstairs while I stayed in the downstairs suite. The home is well appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked.However, there were two major issues that affected our stay. First, the beach was completely covered in sargassum (sea grass), and the water remained thick with it for what appeared to be at least 500 yards out. The smell was strong and unpleasant from the moment we arrived, and the beach was unfortunately unusable. When I brought this up to the maintenance person, I was told it was “common for this time of year” and that, because it was sea turtle nesting season, they were not permitted to clean or remove the sea grass or any of the trash that had washed up. If this is the case, it should absolutely be disclosed in the listing so guests can make an informed decision.Second, the volleyball net—which looks inviting in the photos—is set up on sand that has a noticeable downward slope toward the ocean. About a third of the playable area is uneven and slanted, which made it feel like a twisted ankle waiting to happen. There’s ample level ground closer to the house where it could be relocated more safely, so this setup was a bit confusing.The house itself is lovely and comfortable, but these two factors—the unusable beachfront and the unsafe vo

Great stay

We had a wonderful time hanging out on the beach and in the pool. Our boys loved the paddle boards and kayaks and the air hockey table. We couldn’t recommend this property more.

The Keys Vacation

This home had everything we needed for a great Keys vacation. Private beach, large pool, kayaks, paddle boards, proximity to excursions (fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving) and dining options. The house is large with all kinds of appliances, grills, indoor and outdoor seating. We had a great time here and can’t wait until our next family vacation.

All aspects of the home were top quality including furnishings, appliances, comfort, accessibility, multiple doors to decks, pool full access, beach access, highway access, local restaurants nearby, travel to any and all attractions (boat and dive shops), and everything we needed! Perfect family spot

The house is great for a family. The kitchen has everything you need. There are some things that could use an upgrade or fix, such as the shower heads, a couple doorknobs, dusty cabinets, and other finishes. However, none of that detracted from what this property has to offer. The incredible heated pool gave our family the best memories. The air hockey, foosball table and pac man game was a fun surprise. Loved the fire tables and really appreciated the extra propane tanks left in the shed. The beach is also incredible. The seagrass was a lot when we were there, but that didn't stop us from playing in the sand. We had a couple things we needed the property manager for and he replied to texts super fast and showed up, or sent someone, to correct the small issues we had right away. The area is also great with many restaurants and stuff to do within 10-15 minute drive. Highly recommend this property.

House on the beach

Good location, close to stores, shopping and restaurants. Gorgeous pool which was enjoyed by all. Plenty of room for 4 couples. Some issues with lighting and the stove. Owner attentive to concerns.

Absolutely Fantastic

Amazing is the best word to describe our stay at this home. Lisa has really thought of everything that could possibly be wanted or used while at the home for vacation. The house was exceptionally clean upon check-in; the appliances are updated and work very well. The location is 2nd to none in the Keys, close to many restaurants, marinas, and grocery stores in Islamorada. Top-notch all around, we will definitely be staying here again. Paradise

This property was perfect for our family of 5 adults! Vieww were fabulous! So nice to have a private beach. We spent many hours at the beach and pool. We had the great opportunity to witness where a turtle came ashore to lay her eggs. We brought our boat down and docked it at close by Caloosa Cove Marina. The home was very nice and we had lots of room outside and inside to relax or group together. I would highly recommend this property. Lisa was very friendly and accommodating to us. We will be back for another vacation!

Wonderful in every way!

We absolutely loved every minute of our stay! It was like our own resort- beach, pool, tons of pool rafts and toys, hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards, wireless speaker, multiple sitting areas, sand castle toys, etc. The pics did not do it justice- many updates that were not listed. All the beds and furniture was comfortable and all smart TVs. Lastly, there is every kitchen appliance you could ever ask for. Lisa was great to work with and very responsive. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We cannot wait to go back!!

Home away from Home

This was our first time using a vacation rental site and it was great! Lisa was extremely easy to work with. Her beautiful home, the location, and the views could not be matched. We had a wonderful and relaxing time. She has all the amenities you could want and it’s just like living in your own home. The location is very close to some fantastic restaurants and great entertainment venues as well. I would definitely recommend this as a vacation rental for both families or a group of friends. The house is very spacious. Lisa’s home is very popular and her weeks fill up quickly. After spending time there I can see why!

Christmas Break

Great location! Beds were comfortable. Pool is huge. The house has too many issues to get 5 stars. Dirty and sticking doors and dirty under beds, chaotic kitchen, leaking ceilings, patched but unpainted walls . House needs to be edited and organized. Not user friendly. Lots of poor quality, unusable items cluttering up the inside and outside.

Private Beach Beauty

This is a beautiful home with a private beach, pool and hot tub. We loved the fact that the downstairs was a separate space. We had several technical issues while staying here that the owner did her best to address in a timely manner. One downside for us was the fact that the cleaning lady showed up on day of checkout at 9:55am and told us that check out was at 10:00am. If you look at the listing, it is clear that checkout is at 11:00am. We felt rushed to leave.

Family Vacation in Paradise

This vrbo has it all with spectacular views on your own private beach! We were a family of 8 who had plenty of room, comfy beds, stocked kitchens, lots of outdoor furniture, heated pool, and gorgeous views! You arrive to your own gated home with instant views of your private beach area, heated swimming pool, lots of lounge chairs and tables with chairs. You have a fire table next to the pool that offers an amazing place to sit with a drink and soak it all in. There are paddle boards, kayaks, pool floats and sand toys already there for your use along with a volleyball net on the beach. The downstairs apartment is separate from upstairs with it's own separate entrance. My husband and I did not mind because we were there with our adult children & grandkids and enjoyed our own area. It has a bedroom with king bed & bathroom, living room, kitchen, 2nd bathroom, and game tables such as Pacman, foosball, and air hockey. It has beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms (one has a king bed and the other 2 have 2 beds), 2 bathrooms, large stocked kitchen, living room, and large dining area. It has a wonderful wrap around porch with comfy furniture & grill and offers those same gorgeous views of the ocean inside and out. My 1 piece of advice is to read about Sargassum (has nothing to do with the house or owner, but good to learn about) The owner, Ellen, is great at communication and quick to respond! The area is fun with great restaurants & activities!

Best vacation

The house is absolutely wonderful!! The listing is very accurate. We enjoyed the beach and having our own private sand bar! The pool was just as it was advertised, but the hot tub had been removed. That wasn’t an issue for us. The house actually is better than the pictures appear. The only hiccup we had was that the guests before us were inconsiderate and stayed two hours past checkout. Therefore, the cleaners could not complete the house until around 6:00. That was disappointing, but the rest of our week was perfect!!! We would definitely love to stay again!!
