"Was a great place for our family of 5 and dog. Great walk to the beach and local restaurants and quiet streets. Nice and relaxing spot away from the busier part of the island. The water on this side of the island is calm if you prefer more of a lakeside."

"We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely give this home 5 stars! The location is fantastic, so close to the beach, and the views are beautiful. One of our favorite parts was seeing so many dolphins during our stay, which made the trip feel even more special.The house was comfortable, well located, and a great home base for enjoying everything Tybee Island has to offer. The only minor issue we experienced was that the top floor stayed pretty warm, even with the air conditioning set to 70, but it definitely didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay.We would happily stay here again. If you’re looking for a beautiful Tybee Island getaway with incredible views, easy beach access, and plenty of dolphin sightings, this is a great choice!"

"The host was very friendly, excited for us to stay. Tommy showed and explained how to use bathrooms and the boat in general. Its like glamping on a boat vs a tent. Visited in August, and the air conditioner keeped it very cold inside in the aft cabin and galley. Yes, next time we are in the area, we will try and rent his boat again."

"The check in process was good. Just a lot of numbers and directions I recommend having them printed out The complex was very dated but the connivence to the beach was spot on. Very easy to go back to the room for any thing forgotten or lunch . Note no beach chairs / coolers available need to rent or bring your own FYI No ramp to beach for a wagon Tim’s Reantal was amazing for beach stuff The condo was charming and clean with Enough essentials to get you started. The beach view was perfect for dolphins or sunset watching delightful It is located on the north beach and there aren’t many walkable restaurants or bars so we rented bikes a few days or used breezy a local uber like company. Bring or buy bug spray to ward off pesky flies on the beach Overall an enjoyable stay Think you"

"It is on the bay just so people are not expecting the Atlantic Ocean side but we were able to see a lot of dolphins and it was a super quiet beach that was easy to walk. The pool was great and proximity to the beach/bay. The bathroom floor was not in great shape and really needs re-done. Overall it worked well for my son and I."
