"The location was perfect for Tybee/Savannah touristing and the beach/ocean view from our unit was fantastic! We really enjoyed that there were over-night community quiet hours, allowing quality sleep! In terms of cleanliness, all linens and surfaces were spotless, but the floor was a bit grimy in places. We truly had an amazing stay; our only small complaints were the minimal space for our suitcases and the need for the full address of where to pick up your passes/keys as there a couple spots on the island with the same number and street."

"Nice view right on rhe water. Steps down to the beach . There is a pool as well. Condo is appropriate size for 2 adults, not more than that. Fully equpped kitchen. Laundry across the hall is 2 and requires quarters. "

"This was a great stay! Beach is very easily accessible, rooms were clean, and the kitchen has plenty of appliances to make all the things you want in the kitchen. We made focaccia for sandwiches on the beach! I would recommend bringing your own water bottles/brita just because the tap water tastes pretty beachy. Overall loved it here!"

"The unit was very clean and inviting. We had a beautiful view of the ocean! Sadly, through no fault of the owner, we had very cold and windy conditions and did not get to enjoy the pool or the beach. But we enjoyed the restaurants near the condo and even played pickle ball one day. My only negative was that this unit is directly over the laundry room which was extremely loud many times throughout our stay. I also found the key situation a bit odd. Only the main key from the lock box appeared to work well. The biggest negative was that there was a cleaner at the door at EXACTLY 10AM on the day of checkout. While i understand the need to get the property ready for the next renter, my husband and i were packed and just needed a few minutes to get things out and the man was very rude to us as we were doing our best to get out. I feel that was unnecessary and ended our stay in a negative way. "

"We had a great time staying here. It's a perfect location. Within walking distance to a really great coffee shop and little shops, only 20 min drive to savannah. So much around to do and see. We could have easily stayed another week to see so much more. The place is small but was perfect for the two of us. Great safe Area. And my favorite part was being able to watch the water while drinking my morning coffee. The communication about check in and any questions were answered immediately. I would recommend. We also saw a dolphin rally close from the shore or last night there :)"

"Staying on this boat was pretty cool. It was my 13 year old son and myself and was the perfect size for us. Lori met us when we got to the marina and welcomed us and made us feel at home. Shower had plenty of hot water and the beds were super comfortable. Ac kept the inside nice and cool the whole week. There was a smell issue on the first night, but as soon as I let Lori know the next morning, she came and fixed it and we had no issue with it again. The ac in my sons room started leaking on him on the 2nd to last night we were there so he had to sleep on the futon in living room, but that was no issue for us. Lori did come and try to fix it. The marina was nice as well. It is busy all day up until after 9 pm then it gets super quiet after the restaurant closes. Everyone there was super nice. The restauraunt was good and food was great. We rented kayaks one day, but there is a lot to do. We barely left the marina at all. My son fished, but had no luck even with all the tips from the fishermen at the marina. (He was pretty impatient) I would 100% rent this again. "
