"The property was very beautiful and well maintained. The restaurant on the 4th floor had beautiful views but the selection of food was very limited. I didn’t like that my ocean view room had a view of another building and a small part of ocean view to the side. Also an airport shuttle would be great. Overall we really like this hotel and will be coming back in the future."
"The staff speak good English. They will go out out the way to accommodate you and answer questions. My only issue was that the room had some cosmetic issues such as pin holes in the curtin shade and a floor lamp that was wobbly and maybe unstable. Your right on the beach. And a nice mall is next door. "
"I like the hotel because it’s near to a few stores and also really close to the train station, the street food it’s close, the staff are very friendly and nice."
"This hotel is not only old and outdated, but also extremely dirty. The air itself smelled of dust, making the entire stay uncomfortable. The walls were visibly dirty, and the carpet appeared as though it had not been cleaned in years.
The photos shown online do not accurately reflect the current condition of the property. They are clearly retouched and misleading, as the actual state of the hotel is far older and significantly dirtier than presented.
The bathroom was very small and had mold throughout, which was unacceptable. The so-called “free breakfast” is not worth considering as a benefit and does not make up for the overall experience.
I am genuinely surprised that this place is still operating given the condition of the furniture, sheets, and towels, all of which were in a very poor state."
"We had a pleasant stay at Plaza Hotel Premier Fukuoka. The room was the usual compact size for a Japanese hotel, but the central location was excellent — perfect for exploring the city."
