"We really enjoyed the property. I love horses and they must board horses so there were quite a few right outside our door. We came from Colorado to visit our Grandson and the property was very close to him. We would definitely stay again. There are quite a bit of stairs and no restroom on the bottom floor so it might be a issue with some people. It was very clean and bright. "

Great space in Eagle Mountain UT

"This was my first experience with VRBO type of stay- and our host, Silvana, was amazing, quick to respond/answer all my questions, made us feel at home and the location was beautiful and so easy to get to, and to get to stores/restaurants too. Our family (mehubby, my mom,son&gf) stayed 4 nights here for a wedding just 2 min up the road on Eagle Mountain. It was amazing - beautiful home, perfect layout, plenty of room for everyone - we even had 2 extra rooms in case our daughter & granddaughters joined us. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, linens & towels, extra blankets, comfy couches and great extra family room downstairs for my son & gf to have their own space. Lots of bathroom space too which is a necessity when several ladies need to get ready at the same time LOL. I couldn't have asked for a better 1st time - Thank you SO much for making our trip to UT amazing!! Definitely would stay here again, and use this host. "

"I recently stayed at this amazing VRBO in Utah, and it was fantastic! The property was spotless and had such a cozy vibe. The location was perfect, with gorgeous views and easy access to local attractions. The host was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The amenities were great too—fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and a nice outdoor area. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. Can't wait to visit again!"

Epic family time

"The game room was a hit. The space and decor were inviting. The cute cruise ship towel animals were great and the attention to toilet paper rolls with Christmas stickers were fun. The location of this home was perfect for Thanksgiving point. There are tenants below and normally that would discourage me from renting but we never saw or heard them and hopefully we never bothered them. I’m booking this one again for sure next year. "

TRAVELERS BEWARE!!!!

"This property offering is a BASEMENT only with people living above. If you are expecting to be in a home with PRIVACY this is not the rental for that. There are people living upstairs, who you will not know what their backgrounds are, and will have access to your family while you sleep or your personal belongings while you’re away. There are steps from upstairs to downstairs with a door that only locks on the people living above side. We had to leave immediately after finding this out and they kept our money. "
